AOA!
I am interested to buy a plot in Islamabad upto 40 lacs for investment. After a couple of years then I am planning to build a house either by selling it or using it. I am interested to buy in G-14 (1,2,3), Naval Anchorage, Defence etc. I am looking for the kind suggestions, what could be potentially most rewarding to buy a plot?

Dear Sir, With due respect as overseas Pakistani, I advice u to invest the safest project before Naval Anchorage that is called Gulberg IBECHS Ph-III (Seciety of Intelligence Bureau employees), the important thing that if u are living aborad and come after even 20 to 25 years after but your plot in this society will be safe, there is no fear of grabing or double filing. my cousin have 01-Kanal plot in this society he is demanding 40-lacks, all dues clear. for more information pleasee contact me . |

I visit the web but there is not shown that it is allowed to general public by direct balloting, Is it transferable on ownership basis to general public or on power of attorney by the employees. How can I find out a employee of IB to buy a plot directly. |
