1250 to 1300 Sqf A+ construction rate. |

Construction cost has been increased. Now it is Rs. 1500 to 1800 for A class construction. |

1500 per sq ft for A class.
2000 per sq ft for A+ class.
For Basement covered area add 300 per sq ft to the above rates. |
