dear all aoa,can you tell us the development status of following schemes:
1.I-15 islamabad
2.gulberg islamabad(IB housing society)
3.jinnah garden phase 1 and its extention.

Jinnah Garden in zone 5 islamabad is not going to develop in december 2018 because its case is in the NAIB ,because their land problem with CDA as CDA warn to people not invest therr. Location wise is very good place. I really like the location and place of Jinnah Garden.

Gulberg IBECHS Phas-III Islamabad situated in Zone-V, about 08 K.M from Airport, CDA NOC approved,(Its old name is Pakistan Town phase-III, you can see on `wikimapia` search). Your mind will clear to see on wikimapia how it is precious land compresion to other societies.The plots have been given to only employees, you can purchase plot from any employee or real estate, they are transfable on ownership basis. Its development work will completed till December 2012, ballotting have been done, Gas Pipeline have been approved,and 120 feet wide Gulberg Expressway are being building from Airport chowk. I-15:
Main double road is constructed. No development work on site.
Jinnah Garden:
Possession available in some area construction of house going on No CDA NOC.

Gulberg:
5 KM from main Islamabad highway.
NOC: Not Issued. Development work in progress.

In Zone-5 only Bahria , Soan Garden , River Garden , CBR Town, Alhamra , Zaraj has CDA NOC.

For your kind information Gulberg IBECHS Phase-III, has been issued N.O.C by CDA Vide No. CDA/PLW/HS(127)/2008/146, Dated , It is a society of a department not for commercial purpuse all information are not hosted on net, for further verification contact to CDA office, and it is a first society in Zone-V which is building a 120-feet double road as a link road from Airport chowk, which is recently innugrated which will take some time.

what is the price of plots in Gulberg IBECHS Phase-III ? is there any on sale on any website or by the society itself ?

Also you are saying that they are building 120 Feet double roa from airport chowk, how is this possible ? from where this Road will pass ? There are so many villages in between , Construction started ?

Or maybe you wnated to say to connect the road with Isb highway ?

Readers are requested to contact Deputy Director General (Planning)
Planning Wing, CDA Ph. , Fax: regarding clarification of socities and regularly visit CDA web site and read CDA public notices. NOC is not not issued to Gulberg Town.Revised layout plan of Gulberg Town was approved on . Layout plans of almost all societies are approved. Only 13 societies of Zone-II and Zone-V have CDA final NOC.

Dear Mian Nadeem sahaib, you are right NOC of layout plane have been issued by CDA, which I was understanding the final NOC, but that will be issued soon, but no worry about NOC It is also a Government department scheme.

CDA is a government authority which is enough reason for not to update website. NOC has been issued but pathetic CDA site never gets updated.
