Please suggest me
Which is best i am not looking for big return
Just need to have plot in safe place which will have resonable upword in amount in next 3 to 4 years
And if i need to build house it will be good fo me as well
1) DHA Phase 6 10 Marla
2) Wapda E sector 10 marla
3) Bahria 10 Marla
Please need real suggestion.

All the mentioned societies are the best living places with the same priority you listed, but have three different locations. Its your own choice where ever you prefer to reside. I personaly prefer Bahria due to better facilities at low price. |

dha phase8 parkview one kanal file in 19,20 lacs is best investment for 4 years time for living and investment purpose.wapda and bahria are very far from dha so no comparison among them.but in wapda town rates are already high.so if u want to invest then u should buy low price rate plot or file for high profit.and for investment and for living purpose in 4 years time parkview is best. |

Zaman Bhai Salam. Please explain the "file" status of parkview? When it will get the plot............somebody told me that there are files in phase 5, 6 etc still waiting for plots..........please explain. Regards |

dear MUHAMMAD bhai today rate of parkview file rate is 19.50 lacs.and ballot can be held any time may be one month or may be three four month but its sure maximum till june.after the ballot these files will called plots because dha will allott u a plot withen dha and map will come then u can see ur plot location.after ballot development will start and withen three four years time inshallah plot will be ready for ur dream house.and if u dont want to make house then its also good.at this time rate is at its minimum lavel so this is best time to buy right now.i dont know about phase6 but i think its file rate is much higher than parkview.phase 5 ext is also good but its rate is little higher than parkview.if u can wait till 4 years than parkview is good at 19.50 lacs rate.one more thing after ballot u have to pay development charges in installments.i hope now its cleare to u. |
