One of my relative is offering me a plot in C block dha 6 near 725, as per him the area will be developed fast as altready few houses are under construction
pl also advise that dha community centre is near this plot , is it an advantage or disadvantage
his demand is 63 lakhs
I need to construct my house for self lining in one year

Amjad bhai C725 is a corner and worth 70 - 72 lacs and if its non corner near 725 its worth 60 to 61 lacs and resonable demand should be 62 lacs.
