Few days back I have seen an ad on this site for a plot # 133 (Facing Park) in phase-6, block A, Demand about 78 Lac’s. Whereas, in your rate list the max Rate in phase-6 is about 70 Lac’s Pls. do mentioned the discrepancy . And is that plot still available if so, then what will be the final acceptable offer to the owner.

Max rate is for general plots. Facing park or corner or corner facing park are prices much higher. Also facing commercial mosque or over head tanks could be priced much lower than genral going rates. |
