it depends on sector and location. Starts from 15 lacs and go upto 18 lacs.

I would say 15-15.5 lacs. Possession for 1, 2, 4 and 5 in being given (some areas not the entire sector). Please check with local dealer. My information is based on research i did couple of months back.

H-13 is CDA sector in Zone-I and CDA will develop. CDA is required for private socities and developers. H sectors are for educational institutions. At present Puchase and sale of plots is going on illegally.
