There might be ballot for DHA Town Phase 9 in May 2011, but that does not necessarily mean DHA 9/10 files will be included in that ballot. DHA Town Phase 9 has no more than 3 thousands plot as compare to estimated 10 thousands DHA 9/10 files. Out of three thousand plots in DHA Town Phase 9 most of 5 & 8 marla plots has already been allotted to shuhada and other people.
My source tells me that this ballot will include DHA 5 ext, PV and perhaps some other files, but not DHA 9/10 files.
If you note that there is DHA Town Phase 9 and also DHA phase 11 but no DHA -10. My source tells me thousands of DHA 9/10 will adjusted in DHA-10 but NOT in near future. Allah knows the rest. |
