BT Phase 8 (RWP) : Is it worth it?,

I need your advice. For too long now I have been advised that BT phase 8 in islamabad is one of the best sectors to invest and also live in. But I have wondrered why are the prices reasonably low. Is it lack of demand, lack of population etc.

Please could you give your assessment on this particular phase.
