Please advise which area or sector is good in islamabad under 25 lakhs.
I was thinking about E-16 or b-17, or some other good options only for investment point of view for a couple of years e.g. 5,6

I prefer E-16,location wise is much better than B-17 or any other sector in Zone-II.

in this budget buy 25x40 in d-12/3 or kanal plot in e-16/2-3 cabinet

Mian Nadeem, thanks for the options, are they written priority wise i.e. zone 1 first and then zone 2,3.
kindly tell me which is overall best sector,
and is it good to buy one plot at 2.5 million or two plots 5 5 marla in different locations.

I have written zones in sequence not priority wise.
In long run CDA sectors in Zone-I are better.Zone-II and V are better for immediate living. In G-10,G-11 25*50 Price is min 50 lekh equal to 1 Kanal in Bahria 1-6 and DHA-II.(D-12 25*50 35 Lekh equal to Bahria 1-6 and DHA-II 10 Marla)But every one can't wait for development of stalled sectors.
For small plots consider 25*40 Plots in G-14,I-11 and E-12.
