I have noticed that recently,prices in E 12 have started increasing although there is no official news about development from CdA.What is the reason for this sudden price increase ?

Jamshed sb, How have you known the increase in prices in E12? I am selling my 20x40 plot since many months and no one is ready to give me above 11 lacs which i bought it for 13 lacs 25 thousands some 4 years back. |
