Can any noe advise about the current statu sof Askari XI. IS it a livible area and how far is it from Main Defence entrace. How good si the road approach

Intnetion is to buy a house for family living and not for investment. I have been advise that 10 M house is around 70-80 lac.

Askari 11 or Askari 10?

For Askari 10 cantt is the best approach. You must check it on google, that will give you the right idea. Askari 10 is a good colony but build quality is not good, that is the feedback i have got so far as i was interested as well. These houses were built on low cost budget for army officers. I heard some families who started living there, first spent 5-7 lacs and then shifted.

If you are asking about Askari-11, someone else should help, as i do not know if it developed yet or not.

I saw few ads about Askari-XI for 10 marla houses, asking around 75 lacs more or less. You should check Sunday Jang Classified. IMO Askari-11 is not good location. I think DHA Villas in Phase-8 are better. I visited these villas a day back and there are families already living. Park View/Phase-8 itself is a very nice colony. I was impressed. The only downside is the Bhatta chowk area which gets messed-up in rush hours i.e. office time, school time (when all the aunties attack the roads) and evening. Really really bad area, it was not that bad 5 years back, but now its just shame.

Dear plz avoid Askari 10 as it is too close to airport and we had two air crashes last year.
