No phase 1 and 2 most of Houses are about 20 ys old, Streets are narrow and looks crowded, especially near Market.
Phase 3 is good but bit bit expensive in good location I Think for 5 to 8 ys old house you better focus in DHA Phase 4, It is relatively new, and price difference will be marginal like only 5 to 7 % More.
A Good old House in phase 4 can be found in 85 to 100
and Kanal in 135 to 160 Lac all depends upon location and Condition of House.
Some Plots of DHA 4 EE and FF and JJ Bonudry are Close to Nallah just be careful as you may not notice any smell in winter. |
