AOA,
I would like to know which place is better to invest in, bahria town or e-11 sector. I am interested in 1 kanal plot and will build a house on it.
After building a house, if I decide to rent it, is it easy in bahria or e-11. Please advise.

it depends upon your budget,if you have more than 3 crore than enter to e/11,no doubt e/11 is much better than Bt. |

atiq raja sb, the actual entry to e/11 is horrible and thats why residents are using D/12 approach rd. e/11 is developed by pvt societies and not by CDA. Half of the rds are still kacha where houses are constructed years back and presently covered with heap of dust of kacha rds. Most of the houses are rented out by the owners bcos the present living conditions are not conducive, thats why the rent is much less even that of G/11.Over all it may be ok for the one who can afford, but not too good as you claim.In one kanal price of e/11 ,one can buy a plot and construct a good house in that much money in good sector of Bahria town.One really get so impressed with the maintenance/cleanliness of Bahria Town that one start deciding to go for Bahria.

I want to buy two kanals joined plots in phase 8 bahria rawalpindi in the nearest location from entrance. Can someone tell me how much would it cost also pls contact me if you have such plots. |

@ Zulifqar, you cannot compare E-11 with D-12 or Bharia. Construcion in E-11 is more than 60% is completed. Allotties who have plots in D-12, they have to use north and west link roads of E-11, this is a plus point in favour of E-11 sector, not in favour of D-12. I have my own house in E-11/3 and i am getting 1,35 lacs per month , this rent is difficult to get in G-11 or in BT. Atiq Raja is correct ,if you have more than 3 crore then think to build a only double storey house. |
