I have a 10 marla plot about 200yds from Daewoo Adda Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi. It is almost a square plot with houses built all around it.
I need advise from expert friends here about this plot. How could I get some income from this plot. I don't want to construct a house just to rent it out.
Please give advises on how to earn from this plot with minimum investment. Thanks.

Not a good idea, try some kind of Franchise, or reentrant as there must be alot of passengers. |
