For 5 Merla category I would prefer like thsi thsi
1 WAPDA
2 DHA Phase 5
3 Bahria
Reason for keeping DHA 5 Low is that DHA is by default Lavish Life style 2,3 cars one driver and at least one servant in House. Small houses are very small in number Most of them are side lined, Near Boundaries near villages and graveyards. If we see old phases of DHA you see clear class difference in DHA Kanal and 10 and 5 Merla categories.
Reason why DHA 5 is look so beautiful that DHA 5 houses are made only in Last 3,4 years and mostly are made by Builders and Thekedars.
On the other hand if you ask me for One kanal house/life style then i would say DHA is much better than WAPDA or Johar Town.
