@Shahzad sahib: I have no clue when DHA 8 will be ready for possession. From the discussion on this forum, I can guess that it will take at least 3 years.
@Saeed Sahib: I was in Lahore due to winter holidays of children. I am not based in Lahore and went their with kids on holidays. So I have no idea even where is F block situated. I was interested to visit only S block and I went through a long way as I was not aware of the directions and different confusing roads. Thanks to our driver, who drove us around but he was also new to the area.
@Saad Sahib: I was impressed by the location of block S. In my post I did not say that it was the best block. In fact, I am not sure if it is the best in Phase-8. I was very happy to see the approximate location to the main roads, military farms and other places. I knew these military walas very well. They will also convert government owned military farm into private housing scheme and will make money out of this. So I see future expansion in this area.
Finally, I want to say that I have been paying huge installments every quarter and wanted to see if location is good. At this time and space, I have no intention to sell; rather my intention is to construct home over there and location wise it looks fine to me. |
