Is parkview villa Multan road is good investment how much it will cost 5 or 10 Marla and what is projected price over next 2-3 years.

In 2 years time period, 10/5 marlas plots have all the potential to go as high as Rs. 27/18 Lacs because of this housing society's location, standard of development,availability of amenities and pace of house construction.

mr abc if u want to do investment for 2,3 years then lda avenue1 is best.in same price of parkview 5marla u can buy 10 marla plot in lda.as mr investor said after 2 years price of 5 marla plot in parkview will be 18 lacs but in lda avenue u can buy 10 marla plot in 12,13 lacs in developed area and plot will be minimum of 25 lacs after 2 years.and at this time if u buy one kanal plot in 20 lacs in lda avenue1 after 2 years rate will be 50 lacs.so my sincere advise is u buy in lda avenue.

@rheem. This much of capital gain is just not possible in prevalent environment of Pakistan real estate market. Be realistic, its not year 2005 and don't expect much, at least for another 2 years.
