I want to buy a plot in dha phase 6 K block.can anyone tell me which side of K block, upper side toward stadium or lower side toward golf course, is better in terms of reselling or building a house.??

You should try to stay closer to Golf course. Before DHA was going to build a 7 feet high sold brick boundary wall but now they have changed plan to give a beuaatiful view of golf course to all resident od DHA 6 by making a boundary wall of steel wire.
I was to say thanks from my heart to DHA for making a very good decision. Golf course view on DHA 6 side will add tons of beauty for entire DHA 6. I feel sorry for people that have plot in W or V because on that side a sold wall have to be built due to blocking of village Deera.

In V Block DHA phase 7, what would be the price of 1 Kanal corner plot like V860, V861,V906 and V907. Any idea if this area is inside the village |
