Hello Mr. CMY,
1- Is DHA Town phase 9 good for investment point of view and which block is good for 5M plot.
2- Do you have map for DHA Town phase 9
3- When plots will be handed over in this phase
4- I was checkin on website the rates are between 8.5 to 9 Lacs in it include development charges.
Please provide information to all readers.

DHA Town in DHA Lahore phase 9 is a very good investment for short or long term as these plots are currently under development and be InshaAllah handed over for house construction in Dec 2012.

Yes absolutely correct advice. I have some sort of experience in my life. When I want to buy the dealer (i can not mention) said it is a very good investment. Now he is saying that it is not gud.
I have came to conclusion that if such type of siutaion arise, then please stick with your ivestment which has been done (exceptions are there) |
