A descriminatory behaviour such as huge penalty for non-construction of house after 3 or 4 year of possesstion of plot. This penalty is high as compared to other soceiteis i Pakistan even DHA. So, NAB or SC should take action against such descriminatory behavoiur of BT.

Please also check the corruption in those socities who do not deliver the plots at time like State Life Phase 2, DHA some Phases etc

There should be some enforcement agency who monitors the peroformance of societies. There must be bylaws to develp and hand over the plot to members within some specified time period. After lapsing of such, surcharge must be given by the developer.
