since D-12 is almost developed and construvtion is on the way.
Is it time for E-12 now :h
what is the in site story, why CDA is not starting development at least in the area in hand, how much area percent wise is in hand with CDA :h
I will appreciate if some one who is well familiar can write the facts

In addition to the question posted by Mr. Waqas can some one also post current prices of plots in E-12 (50 * 90, & 40 * 80 sizes). My understanding is that there is no development planned in the near future, however I was to see if it is worth investing there even it is a 10 plus year plan.

The only way forward for E-12 is to form a pressure group of all effectees as nothing substantial is taking place since ages. |

Current Status E-12:
80 % area is in possession of CDA. Payment of 100 % is recieved by the old residents but they are not handing over possession and demanding a new pacakage deal.
Main issue is payment of BUP (build up property payment).
If issue of E-12 is resolved possession is possible within 3 years.
Wafaqi Mohtasib in his decision has ordered CDA to obtain possession of E-12 and start development work in one year. I was the pettioner in this case alongwith a lady allottee from Rawalpindi.
E-12 plot owners association is formed initiators are responsible Government Officers. I have also attended a meeting on .
Case will be filled in Supreme Court soon Inshallah.
Co-operation of all concerneds is requested.

I would also suggest that key members of “E-12 Plot Owners Association” should work more on awareness about the “E-12 Plot Owners Association”. One way is to advertise it here on LRS website, which, you are already doing.
One can also consult reputed Islamabad Real Estate Agencies who look after properties of those who own plots in E-12. They can be requested to let their clients know about the Association and ask them for their participation, whatever way possible. The idea is to make a bigger group to develop more pressure and move development work forward.
