please tell me price of plot anywhere in lahore which is developed and ready for construction.
please tell me lowest price.any good offer will be seriously considered but if possibly my target ,it will be better.
my target is 1 kanal.
price = 4-5 lac.
payment in installment will be preferred.

Fakhar, you will need to increase to your budget upto 1 million to get a suitable plot of 5-10 Marla in a reasonable location ready for construction...You can get one in Bahria, but plz check,,thats only my guess.

fakhar honestly tell me one thing if u have only 4 to 5 lacks for plot of one kanal and plot should be ready to build it means u want to construct immediatly.but u know how much money u required to build single story house at one kanal 50 lacs.u dont have arrangement for one kanal plot then how u will build one kanal plot.please think over it.

You may find plot in this range in some 3rd class villages.

Indeed Fakhar you need to revise your budget. As Isloo has suggested, it is better to focus on 5 to 10 marla and increase your budget a bit more. To give you a better idea about prices and location, you should check the maps section of this web-site and then search for prices in these societies. As you have limited money so you should be careful in investing and you should avoid investing your precious money in some bad scheme. May be you should think about 5 marla as well. I have seen such a beautifully constructed 5 marla houses in Johar Town (offcourse you can not buy there because 5 marla in Johar Town is 20+ lakhs). Revise your plan a little bit and then we will try to help you further.
