Is DHA Town phase 9 is good investment for next 2-3 years, I want to buy a 5M plot in DHA Town can someone guide me which block is good and what is price range for 5M plot in good block for investment point of view or if I have to built house in next 3-4 years. Please guide me if someone has information about it.

I think it is a very good investment both for short term and long term. The plots facing parks and corner ones are good to buy but you may have to pay 1 to 1.5 lakh extra than minimum price. If you have at least 9 lakh, you can aim to buy one. Please ask a property dealer for current price. I am sharing this price based on internet prices. DHA plans to complete development work before December 2012 so it is a good time now to invest.
