Dear CMY,
I am wishing to buy a one canal plot in Block V of DHA Phase 7. Have heard rumors that there are few dwellers or kachi basti in there and they are not vacating the land. I have seen the map for phase 7 but do not see any such thing. Do not know exactly what is the reality. Would you please guide and advise if there are any such complications involved in buying a plot in V/W sectors.

sir send some one on ground to verify location of plot there is a big thriving village in V block area of DHA phase 7....donot buy a plot without sending some one to find out its actual position...Do not believe any one who tells you that this village will be removed because DHA has failed to get areas vacated in phase 6 in G L blocks although when you see map these are plot with numbers allocated to them but in reality these area are not in possession of DHA to date .....May be DHA will get these areas but its hard to say with judiciary even more active DHA will have problem getting these areas ....Always get that plot which you can see with your own eyes even if not developed you should be able to see that its a clear land or not ....W block is relatively free but problem is there is old roads in that area which DHA has not considered in their master plan And Dha will not be able to close that road so only get a plot in which ever block you like only after visiting it |

Asif sahib who ever is suggesting you to buy plot in V block of DHA 7 is not your true friend. Please dont buy any plot in DHA 7 V block upper part as there is a huge village called chuk Deera. This village is not going to be cleared by DHA because DHA have made a new curved road in S block of DHA 7 to avoid this village.
At this point DHA is not buying any land to clear village Deera and in future its very rare chance that DHA will buy this village any more. |

CMY - I will have my brother meet you in person so as to find us a good deal in any other block and/or phase. Certainly, I am not in love with phase 7. I only wanted a clean & secure plot to build a house later in future.

Dear CMY, you advice to Mr. Asif for not buying a plot in Y block is a good advice for an individual, but seems you did not take into consideration that there are hundreds of families who have invested in Y block and your statement will ruin their future plan and would have direct impact on their plot price!
so I suggest, when there is a negative remarks about a location, please avoid such remarks on this web site, instaed you may ask the person to contact you on phone or on personal email.

@Kashif .. you are right that by such statement the people may get hurt who already invested but in my opinion CMY must not stop writing such open and clear statements to prevent the other hundreds of families from wasting their monies in such sectors/schemes,etc. Please don't mind but an earlier made loss must not an attraction to the pockets of still safe people. |

In nutshell Dear brother and Sister , If there is any place to do an investment it is indeed Phase 7 , V block .Amswer is very simple i.e history.
These all agents will create a speculation that DHA will not clear etc etc so that V block which is adjacent to Golf course(Even entrance to Golf course will remain like that LOL) plot prices go down to maximum and they will invest themselves ...And when it shoots up like no other block in Phase 7 .As usual they will make huge profits .....
This is same logic as Oil price and Recession phenomenon ...If these so called speculators were right not millions of people became jobless.
