Jameel Sb,Parkview is on the Lucrative Location we agrree with you but the above three points are

contradicted to one and other. Sir ring roads are the high speed roads,nobody jumps and start

travelling on them. If anybody travel from Mall road and crosses under the ring road he will reach a

beautiful Round about and turn right and reaches Park View on three lane road. And can come back to

Mall Road on two lane road after turning Left on the round about.There are foot paths on each side and

in the divider of five lanes road.There is no example in Lahore(Not talking about private societies).

Plantations are very decorative.
These five lanes, three on side of Park view & air avenue and two lanes on the other side of divider

foot path are Exclusively for the two Societies.

So, sir 'Huge ring road had spoiled their access and camouflage them ' is not true.

Also I noted there are many people who are bias about these two beatiful Societies. Even CMY sb do

not give rates of these societies and says that as these rates do not change daily so I do not post them.

I think it is same with phase 6&7. In Parkview, plots transactions are there with change of rates.
