Dear CMY / Jameel Sb and other experts
For buying a plot in DHA Phase-5 (approx. 5M for 10 Malrla and 10M for 1 Kenal) for construction a house for living or investment in case of need is good or not, I means the price for this phase is already gained or there are chances for further gaining, lets say 50 - 75% can be increased once the market will be better after 3-4 years?

It is already gained much, Noe it is at rate of DHA 3,4 and more than DHA 1,2. This Max a housing society can achieve.
Howevr if another "Bher Chall" starts then it will gain with all others |

I truly believe within next 2 to 3 years prices of DHA 5 and DHA 6 are going to even out so max gains chance is in DHA 6 plot as DHA 5 is already in top price bracket.
