please tell me what is the potential for price increase in dha phase 6?? means in next 3-5 year how much will be the price gain.??is it worth buying phase??

I also wanted to know the same. As many people say, PHase 5 has reached the max. price , i.e 100 lac for 1 kanal for some plots and now there is no price appreciatino dfor phase 5 plots.
