In which block these plots are in Phase 7 I am intersted.
DHA Lahore Phase 7 10 Marla Min Rate = 20 Lacs & Maximum Rate = 24 Lacs

My friend is also looking for these plots. It would be nice to know about the location of these plots (blocks). The rates along with location posted by CMY couple of days back does not include 10 marla plots in Phase 6 and 7. |

These are 100 feet road plots in DHA 7 X and Y block. For available 10 marla locations please do call Mr Hassan Raza at 0302-8449766.
I also have a client's 10 marla affidavit file for sale at 15.5 lacs for .For this file a plot will be alloted in T block only in new cutting. Buyer will pay 4.5 lacs development charges in three years in installments on top of the 15.5 lacs.

Thanks CMY for the information. I would let my friend know about it. I think he is interested in plot instead of file. Is there any plot available for 10 marla in X and Y block?
Any time frame or rough idea about the possession of T block? He is looking to construction a house on the plot in 3~4 years time. |

T block is now fully ready and we are waiting for DHA Lahore to announce possession in here and R S Q T U blocks. |
