DHA 5 Ext File and DHA M Block file?,

Please let me know that is there any difference between Phase 5 M block and Phase 5 extension file? On which side of ring road the M block of phase 5 is located i.e. on the side of Phase 5 proper or phase 5 extension? If Phase 5 M block file and Phase 5 Extension are two different things then what is the rate of M Block file?

Many people sell you DHA 5 ext file as M block file and tell you you will get plot in M block but fail to tell you where M block will be located.

I think either all files of DHA 5 ext will be called DHA 5 M block or M and N block will be next to each other having M closer to Askari 11 and ring road. I belive paying almost 10 lacs more for M block is not justified but its you money and you should make the deciesion here after more research first. I dont know why but few people like to buy DHA 5 ext M blocks file instead of other DHA 5 ext files.

Someone told me that DHA 5 ext is surrounding a sewerage drain (ganda naala). is that right?

CMY, Thanks for the valuable information. This is very important piece of information for me. I really appreciate the time that you have spent to answer this post. You are right that 10 lacs extra on the file is not justified as the difference between plots in M and N would not be 10 lacs to start with.

DHA 5 extension will not be called 5-extension anymore. Once balloted this year it will be part of proper phase-5. The files which will be converted to plots for 5-ext and M will be called M block and D-extension. These plots will be located adjacently opposite to Phase-5 blocks a,c. This area has ring road passing infront of it, and connects Askari 11, DHA Town in its back.

Till now this is the solid information i've gathered and filtered in all these years since i purchase 5-ext file 5 years ago. There is no speculation, and guesswork involved. Rest Allah Knows the best.
