many people are intrested in dha town phase9 to buy a plot there but they dont have much information about this.we need ur kind help in this regard.please first of all let me know from where i can see map of this society.secondly are these plots avaible in installments.if yess then how much installment are available there.how much have to pay lump sum money to dha and how much installments have been passed till now and in how many years have to pay installments.and whats ur opinion about this.is it worth to invest hare.i dont have intention to make my house here only want to buy for investment purpose.what is ur opinion what will be rate of 5 marla and 8 marla plots after 2~3 years.and please tell me one thing more is the development standard will be same as other phases of dha.i will be very thankful to u if u give detailed answer in this regard.thanks and regards

DHA Town Lahore Detailed Info

Located inside DHA Lahore phase 9 DHA town Lahore is a housing scheme for Shuhda in military & Junior rank military staff. DHA town Lahore is a proper DHA Lahore housing scheme. All development and transfers are done by proper DHA Lahore staff at their Y block office. There are 5 Marla and 8 Marla plots in DHA Town Lahore.

Location?
DHA Town Lahore is part of DHA 9 just under Askari phase 11 area and main access is from Badian road just in front of DHA 6 D block. Road from Defenceraya golf course in DHA 6 will be connected directly to DHA town in future.

Current Rates ?
DHA Town Phase 9 Five Marla Min Rate = 8.75 Lacs & Maximum Rate = 9.50 Lacs
DHA Town Phase 9 Eight Marla Min Rate = 12.75 Lacs & Maximum Rate = 14 Lacs

Plots were alloted on installments but they are now transfered after full payment only and after getting a valid NOC from GHQ first. It means a new civilian buyer must pay in full on transfer day and is not able to buy DHA town plots on installments.

Is this a good investment?
Yes these plots are extremely good safe investments for short or long term. Transactions are very rare in here as there are very few sellers. A NOC is a must for transfer and it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get a NOC. Try to buy only NOC cleared plot first avoid any possible headache. NOC clear plots cost more but are immediately transfered in DHA. Some people in market take chance on baina to buy a plot at lower price and wait for Weeks and in some cases months for NOC to get cleared. Once again plots are very few from sellers and too many buyers are waiting for NOC cleared plots. So I truly believe these plots prices will gains at least 25% in next 6 to 12 months. If you are a buyer you will have to wait for Weeks or months to find a plot from a serious enough seller.

Possession for house construction ?
DHA Lahore will give possession in Dec 2012. Development work is now on going . A DHA Lahore site office is in place in DHA town Lahore for further info on construction status of this project.

Yes price is including development charges as plots here are transfered all dues clear.

please CMY sahib i respect u a lot plesase do not throw your good will for a few pennies its not good u recommend park view villas the same person for park view /phase 8 it was not expected from u . Money is not every thing strange
