Is Air Ave has also dispute as Parkview is it safe to buy a plot in Air Ave and which block is good and what is approximately price for 10M in Air Ave is Air Ave is also part of DHA,please guide.
2- What is the future of State Life phase 1 and what is good block for 10M in State life.

I am not expert but just trying to help with my answers:
1- Air Ave transfers require DHA clearance first so if you want to buy a particular property then go check that particular plot no. with DHA.
2- Future of State Life Phase 1 would be same as it's present. It has already gain a lot of value over the time and now it appears that it is close to it's peak. The society is suffering from a bad management. If State Life somehow merge into DHA then it would be a different story (especially phase 2). At the moment it is not happening. |
