Please provide/update current rate of DHA-Park View 1 Kanal along with transfer cost including commission etc.

One kanal Parkview transfer cost is 1.64 lacs. 10 marla transfer cost is .95 lac. Included in this cost is transfer fee, membership fee, CVT , Stamp duty, documentation fee.

Ready for house plots in Parkview are available at 55 to 75 lacs. Under litigation non developed no possession plots are available in market at lower price and Lahore Real Estate dont deal or recomend those.Parkview files of one kanal are available at 19.50 lacs. Transfer cost is rs 1.64 lacs for one kanal plot.

CMY sb. Nearly 25 days back 1 one-kanal plot was sold in C-Block in 83 lacs. |
