Dear Friends and Experts! I seek your sincere opinion about investment of a sum of 3 million rupees for some 1-2 Years. I am thinking about X,Y,or Z Blocks of Phase 7 DHA or Bankers Town developed by Punjab Bank. Please advise which one can give good return in 1-2 year time. or if there is any other option in you opinion better than these.I dont believe in Saving certificates or term deposits of Banks as there is always risk of currency devaluation and inflation.
