pha annonunced 575 sq ft apartment at i-16/3 islamabad ranges from 1324000, will any person can comments on it. what is its fguture prospectus

Very less future perspective. Please note that CDA has decided in principle to move solid waste land fill to adjacent areas of I-16 (though legal complications are still there). Therefore, I would advise that you invest in other sectors. |

PHA delivered sucessfully many projects on time, and they area doing good, but the chances are on the ballot. price is also reasonable.
i think this is a material cost?
