main ne sunday ko wahan ja kar check kiya he. ke bigli ke khumbey wahan lag rahain. it's complete in few days.inshaallah!. LDA Avenue-1 mian invesment bohat hi achi rahe gi. because ab LDA Avenue-1 ne working Shuruh kar di hay. or poday be lagana shuruh kar diyey hian.

i hope it will be continu.

rashid sahib and whats ur opinion about F and H blocks.these blocks are near to main commercial area.and whats ur opinion aboht A block as it is near to main entrance.

M waqas i am surprised to hear this that possession is available here in some blocks of lada avenue.are u sure that possession is available here.can i build my house there right now.please confirm this.

my plot is in b-block and is under litigation.i want to know in which court the court chal ray hi.i applied for possesstion but lda authorities replied that ur plot in litigation

D=11 to 14lac
J=13 to 17lac
M=12 to 18lac
Best or worst plots prices may different.

there is no physical possession of plots in LDA aveneue 1.
they only issue u a possession letter. and i was told thet physical possession and possession letter are different thing.
