Just one little query on DHA 6. Is it a price pull up or pull down for DHA 6? (i.e Will DHA 6 gain in prices in the near future and get closer to DHA 5 OR it will come down because DHA 7 possession will be announced)

For Invstment alone DHA 7 is good option go for good Blocks and good location plots with "on site Clear" Staus these plot will gain soon after possession and further gain is possible after construction activity.
The Best example for this is DHA phase 6 N Block exactly one year Back Plots in upper Gut were avialble in 40 to 42, Still possession was not there, where as most of DHA 6 already had possession. There was only little anxiety that still possesion was not there. may be DHA will change numbers or So So, But people who took that small risk got 10 lac premium. now all these plots are above 50
The costly Blocks in phase 6 will stay where they are utill Phase 5 increases. |
