Yes. It will take at least 10years to be get developed. No work after main buolevard. It is in sleeping mode. |

NFC 2 is investment for next generation, But I am afraid that if they will start development in 2020 then 6 Lac development Charges will have only 1/4 value.
I heard that people are not paying development charges. Surprisingly they are not asking any dead line for it, off and on we had been seeing soft reminder from them but that is also not there for long time.
Before they had been asking all development charges upfront now I heard they reschedule it in installments. |

This is a long term investment and secure. This will take atelast 10-15 years to develop.
So, dont be disppointed. All socities take long time. There is up and down in all societs. But if you have holding power, you will be the winner. |
