Kindly let me know the Phase 9/ 10 current position of Market value of one Kanal plot . The price, Development charges Fee and the investment opinion in this phase 9\10.
please provide me the authentic information if possible. i am writing it for the fist time with confidence uopn u brothers.

The survey of DHA Phase 5 (Ext) and 9/10 for MAP has been or will be started by DHA in this month-Source Value
Currently its I kanal file is availabel at Rs. Lac(varies every day). Development charges may be at least 10 Lac, in my view.
It is very good for investment as it is own by DHA which has become Brand Name. |

Sir Please also guide me if i Purchase a file of One Kanal, how much i Have to pay on tranfer file in my favor . please give me exact If i Tranfer it today.
Sir what is latest Price in this Phase 9 for 1-Kanal and Expected time for balloting.
Sir Please further guide me if i am Intersting Purchase in Phase VII and VIII of D.H.A . The Price, Best Block in these Phases.
