How is the Formanites Housing Scheme? I want to buy 10 Marla plot in this society is it good for investment point of view it is close to DHA9/10.
Please give suggestion.

Not gud for investment. In this area if you have small budget, then State life Phase 1 or 2 is the best choice.

SL 1 is fully developed.
SL 2 is to be developed.

Furthermore, for investment angel, SL 2 is the best choice because of teh folwoing:

It is in DHA 9/10 and its merger negotiations in 9/10 are going on.

If it is not merged, then it will still has its own worth and will take 5-7 years to get developed on its own.

Resultantly, from all angels, it is good investment for long term and short term if merged.

I want to sale my 1-Kanal plot on main B'vard in Formanites Ph-1 on ground, so many house have been constructed on main b'vard. its on carped road, all facilities are now available including suigas. My plot is just back of the wall of Statelife-1. My demand Rs. 23 Lac with all inlcuding new development charges.
