I again received a reminder letter from Formanites Scheme for payment of inhanced development charges with threat that it is final reminder before cancellation of my plot. I have already wrote a numerous letters to Management of Formanites Scheme, that I have paid all amount well in time and Society had already granted me the Possession letter more than one year back with the comments that "Development work has been completed much earlier than its stipulated period" but instead of giving reply to my letters, they are saying their own.
It was came to my knowledge that Court has stopped society to tranfer or cancell the plots on this issue but don't know what happened with the decision of court.
Any body know about the court decision, inform what to do.

Simply dont pay. They have no right (as per rules of Punjab Private Housing Schemes 2010) to arbitrarily increase development charges.
People should increase there pressure on the corrupt management of FHS and should not bow down to their unjust demands.
By the way, court order still holds. Any transaction occuring nowadays are illegal. |
