On 31/12/2010 Ballot Held in abpara community center. Possession has be announced and more than 100 people have applied for possession including myself today.
I congratulate all Members of E-16 on getting possession. Current possession charges of my 2 kanal plot is 50 thousand rupee. :cl

E-16 has a best location in zone 2 of Islamabad, especially plots of 2 kanal are very near to GT road. In four years time it will be an ideal place to live.

What about possession of E-17/3, 1 kanal plots? I would appreciate if anyone especially Mian Nadeem can inform us about this? Thanks in advance

In E-17 Complete possession will take minimum 1 year.
In E-16 complete possession is not given.
E-16 (Cabinet Division ECHS) is second best society of Zone-II after G-15.
Housing societies management hardly fulfill their promises. I personally like areas away from main road but 95% people prefer plots near main road and E-17 will take more time as compare to E-16.

I disagee with Mian Nadeem, the development work of E-16 and E-17 is far better than G-15 moreover 2 kanal size plots in E-16 are far from 200-600 yards from the main road, also there is a green belt opposite to the plots of principal road so main road/GT road will not disturb in any way.
