Thanks for your reply, you said I have to pay 7 Lacs less for the prices listed below and this 7 Lacs will be paid to DHA in installment. Suppose I want to buy a plot in U block then I have to pay total amount between 35 lacs to 45 lac depend on the plot and remaining to DHA, is there any other charges which I have to pay.
What is transfer fee and other document fees please let me know.

You will have to 1.64 lacs transfer fees/costs and 1% commession to your dealer.
If you dont want to travel to Pakistan for transfer than you need NIC copy plus your visa or foriegn passport copy and 2 pictures.
