I want to buy a 8 marla plot in DHA Town phase 9, can you please let me know if you have one and what is price for plot, I want plot which has NOC from GHQ, and also what will be extra chagres like transfer and membership fee etc, please let me know.

I am sorry currently we don't have NOC clear plots for sale in DHA town. Please email us your contact info and we will call yo u when one plot is with ready NOC.

Normaly I dont recommend a plot without NOC but if proper process is followed buyer is fully safe and only wait is what a buyer will have to do. It taken 6 to 12 weeks to get NOC.
