I am intersted to buy 10 Marla plot in DHA phase 7, can some guide me please is 10 Marla plots are in good location as I heard all the 10M plots are in Y and Z block, and what is the future of these plots in investment point of view, please guide.

T block 10 marla plots are under development but not alloted yet so no rate is available.
Y and X 10 marla plots are on large road and are good investment for people that can afford more than 22 to 24 lacs. If you can increase budget to 32+ I will strongly suggest you to buy 1 kanal in Q T U block.

Thanks Mr.CMY for feedback, as Q T U blocks are close to BRB and there is alway tension on the border so if there is something like that in future then what will be the future of DHA7 plots so thinking before buy it. |

Sir such arguments were given when phase 1 and 2 were being developed .things have changed if indian army can reach phase 7 they can also reach airport .....new weapons have quite bigger range and more precise so i do not think your fears are justified...if at all God forbid wars occurs it will be for more selected targets .... |
