I have a plot in Public Health Engineering Housing Society, Raiwind Road, Lahore. I could not come Pakistan for long time due to my job problems. Therefore, I request you, please let me know the status of Public Health Society. Because the management is not responding at all.

I need information about the development, possession of plot as I heard earlier there is litigation gooing on and society cannot give possession of plot.
I will be really thankful and appreciate your help for getting all above information. |

I have visited the Society and according to the persons in Society office, now situation is in favor of society. Society is giving possessions. Although some land area has been still Mortgaged by LDA, which is possessed by society itself, but other is OK.
Development process is nill as society do not have funds for that. Whereas, in A Block some houses have been built duriing last 3 months. |

public health scheme's status detail is given as under:-
Devolpement=(Roads)(Mosque)completed, and Light comming soon.
Litigation status not conformed without your plot number, but there is some problem in block A and Some litigation is still there in Block C" Only Block B is clear block. I give you an advise that you do,nt sale you plot, because these litigation will be resolve soon, and when you decide about your plot. I am not a dealer but i know that dealer trying to desturb you but if you will hold that properity you can gain thiple value of this plot as compare today. |
