Dear CMY sahib,now a days you are telling the estimated prices of different plots of dha Phase -7.so i also have a question to ask.
Please tell me the price of my plot Q 595,its present and future and advice of retaining or selling.

Q595 is worth Rs 34 to 35 lacs and I would suggest you to switch this plot if possible. This plot is too close to village Pungali. You don't want to spend 60 lacs more on a house construction here and still have a view of a 2 Marla 4 stories house with 3 stories pigeon cage on top. At most days gun fire or load speakers will keep you awake all night.
