What is the market value of plot near 526 K Block phase 6 Dha lahore.should I keep it or sell it.??is it a good location plot??

This plot is worth 61 to 62 lacs. Its a good location plot and you could keep it for making a dream house here. For investment gains there are much better option that can give you a lot better return on same amount the plot is worth today.
