How you compare 10 Marla plots in DHA7[X,Y,T]block with 10Marla plots in DHA8 I know the price is more in DHA8 as compare to DHA7, I mean location wise and future growth or investment point of view which 10M plots are good in Phase 7 or phase 8 please let me know.

Waqar sahib DHA 8 10 marla are better located and better investment in my opinion.

Yes this investment on installments can give you good return in 3 years as all developed plots of 10 Marla in nearby area cost above 43 lacs and upto 70 lacs in DHA5 E block.
