what is the current situation about formanites new development charges CASE in lahore high court? i also want to submit these development charges for having a plot in possession area. someone guided me about the future of formanites regarding interchange or any other positive development about the respective society.

Simply dont pay. They have no right (as per rules of Punjab Private Housing Schemes 2010) to arbitrarily increase development charges.
People should increase there pressure on the corrupt management of FHS and should not bow down to their unjust demands.
By the way, court order still holds. Any transaction occuring nowadays are illegal. |
